The service
Pathway Systems provides a marketing platform for trades businesses: website hosting and maintenance, review automation, missed-call text-back, local SEO, campaigns, and business phone services, set up and maintained by our team.
Billing
The service is billed at $297 per month, in advance. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Pricing changes never apply to existing subscriptions without 60 days' written notice.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by email with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fees. On cancellation we export your domain, customer contacts, leads, and review data to you.
60-day guarantee
If the platform is not generating reviews and leads within 60 days of your launch date, we will refund your first month's payment on request.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to contact the customers you upload, and that your use of messaging features complies with applicable law (including consent requirements for text messaging). You're responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide.
Ownership
You own your domain, your content, your Google Business Profile, your customer list, and all leads generated. The platform configuration, automations, and templates we set up remain ours; the underlying software is licensed from our infrastructure providers.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
