Seven days is the standard timeline: a 10-minute intake form from you, our team builds everything, then a 25-minute launch call and you're running.

Pricing and terms

No. Month-to-month, always. Cancel with a single email, 30 days' notice. No penalties, no exit fees.

No setup fee, no ad spend requirement, no per-feature charges. The one optional cost is additional phone users beyond the five included seats.

If the platform isn't generating reviews and leads within 60 days of launch, we refund your first month. No questions asked.

Your domain, Google Business Profile, customer contact list, and all leads collected stay with you. We export your data cleanly on the way out.

No. The platform is built around organic channels — local SEO, reviews, and your existing customer list. Several clients have stopped running ads entirely.

Yes. Asking customers for honest reviews is explicitly allowed. Incentivized or fake reviews are not — we never do either, and negative feedback is routed to a private form first.

Yes. Number porting typically takes 5–7 business days, and we set up temporary forwarding so you don't miss calls in between.
