What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, business name), information about your business needed to run the platform (service area, Google Business Profile, customer contact list you upload), and usage data from the platform itself (calls, texts, form submissions processed on your behalf).
How we use it
To operate the platform for your business: sending review requests, responding to missed calls, running campaigns you initiate, and reporting results back to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
Your customers' data
Contact information for your customers is processed only to deliver the services you've enabled — review requests, campaigns, and missed-call responses. It remains your data. When you cancel, we export it to you and delete it from our systems.
Third parties
The platform is built on established infrastructure providers for messaging, telephony, and hosting. These providers process data only as required to deliver the service, under their own security and privacy obligations.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. On cancellation, we provide a clean export of your contacts, leads, and reviews data, then delete our copies within 30 days of your request.
